Yes it is true that loaning them out to gain experience, but loaning them to diffrent club every season and not playing for their mother club just makes them feel uninvolved, for example Sinclair and Di Santo they end up leaving cause they cant get a chance to play for Chelsea instead loaning them out to other clubs for a long period of time. Im just saying that our youngsters is good enough to play for Chelsea.
The point of loaning is for those players to get more play time etc.
Look at Sturridge and Welbeck, they both went on loan and are now IMO the 2nd best striker for both Chelsea and Manchester United. If they would just throw all those young players vs experienced players they would be outplayed.
